2. What data do we collect and why?

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, company name and message. We use this data to contact you and answer your question.

Website analytics

We prepare analytics and consent tooling to understand how visitors use the website. Analytics cookies are only used when consent has been given.

3. TalkToCRM app: conversation and audio data

When you use the TalkToCRM app, we process conversation audio to turn it into a transcript and CRM note. Audio goes directly from your device to the transcription provider and then to your CRM. We do not store recordings centrally.

Transcription runs on Gladia; the AI analysis and processing run on EU infrastructure (Google Cloud EU). Hosting is EU-based.

For this processing we work with a limited set of sub-processors (transcription, AI analysis, hosting and telephony). The current list of sub-processors and a data processing agreement (DPA) are available to customers as standard, on request via info@talktocrm.ai.

Processing of customer and end-user data in the app is governed by the customer agreement and DPA. This website statement covers visitors to this site.
